Modular Element Fender System
The modular element (ME) fender, also known as the leg fender, is a fully molded rubber leg with an embedded mounting plate.
Based on the arch fender but with its own legs, element Fender offers high layout flexibility, making it ideal for mounting behind steel plates or with limited mounting space, and is a versatile option with a modular design for a wide range of configurations.
ME fenders have very high performance and resistance. They are suitable for a wide range of applications and can accommodate a wide range of berthing conditions.
They can be installed vertically and/or horizontally, making them ideal for confined spaces. They are used for small docks to large mooring structures and can be used in more configurations than traditional arch fenders, and even for professionally designed fender systems.
When used with UHMW-PE face pads, the component fender is a cost-effective, high-performance solution compared to conventional arch fenders.
Element fenders are between 250 and 1,600 mm in height and between 500 and 2,000 mm in standard length.
