JettyGuard is a manufacturer of foam and rubber fenders for tugboat and workboats.

With our own production facilities, we are able to produce a large number of high-quality fenders for boat flexibly and quickly.

All fenders and profiles can be cut to the desired length and angle. If necessary, fenders and profiles should be equipped with mounting holes.

Standard workboat fenders and custom fenders are available with short lead times.

Manufacturing

JettyGuard provides safety-critical fender systems and focus on the in-house manufacture of all major components, ensuring the highest quality and reliability of our own production facilities.

All manufacturing is carried out in strict accordance with JettyGuard's specifications, drawings, calculations and quality requirements to ensure a safe and reliable fender system.

Testing & Quality Control

In addition to calculations, a variety of tests are available on request.

We conduct material tests, compression tests, workload, traction tests, flotation measurements, buoyancy control, compression tests, or simply size and appearance tests and inspections.

If requested by project , we can provide test protocols from third-party certification bodies, including BV, LR, DNV, ABS, etc.

JettyGuard's fenders for boats are manufactured in our own plant, ensuring that we maintain complete control over the design and quality of each component produced.

JettyGuard uses stringent testing standards at every step of our in-house manufacturing process to ensure that the life cycle and performance of our fender systems are in accordance with PIANC-2002 - and exceeding customer's expectations.
