Foam-Filled Fenders

The foam fender is designed based on a thermal laminated 100% closed-cell foam core and tough nylon filament-reinforced polyurethane epidermis and embedded end fittings.

The foam core eliminates the need for air in the floating fender, creating a solid object. The polyurethane housing ensures that these floating fenders are unmarked. This makes them the first choice for naval vessels and cruise berths.

JettyGuard foam-filled fender are equally effective between ports or vessels. Our foam-filled fenders combine durable, non-marking finishes with low maintenance, can float or hang, lean against dock walls or for ship-to-ship operations, and are suitable for all places with large and small tidal changes, as well as on new or old structures.

The unique structure of these foam fenders ensures performance regardless of damage. No matter how severe the impact, these fenders will not break or sink. This results in a highly reliable floating fender with a long service life.

JettyGuard floating foam-filled fenders are an effective and highly durable alternative to standard pneumatic rubber fenders.

As a standard, we can manufacture floating fenders of all sizes. This allows you to select the right size fender to provide the energy absorption your application needs.
