Agreement Overview

By accessing and using the services provided by Jettyguard Engineering Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

1. Service Description

Jettyguard Engineering Technology provides comprehensive maritime protection solutions including:

  • Rubber fenders and foam fenders design and manufacturing
  • Marine engineering steel structures
  • Mooring products and systems
  • Anti-corrosion engineering services
  • Custom marine equipment solutions

2. Quality Standards

All products and services meet or exceed international port and maritime safety standards, including PIANC, ISO, ASTM, EN, and IMO requirements. We maintain strict quality control processes with experienced personnel having minimum 5 years industry experience.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project specifications and requirements
  • Ensuring proper site conditions for installation
  • Compliance with local regulations and permits
  • Timely payment according to agreed terms
  • Proper maintenance of installed equipment

4. Warranty and Liability

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for the period specified in individual product documentation, typically 12-24 months from delivery.

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. We are not liable for consequential damages, installation costs, or operational losses.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, specifications, and technical documentation remain the intellectual property of Jettyguard Engineering Technology. Clients receive usage rights for the specific project but may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary designs.

6. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms include:

30% advance, 60% on delivery, 10% after installation

Custom Solutions

Payment schedule agreed per project requirements

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Chongqing or through competent courts in Chongqing jurisdiction.
